The customer and attorney's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. |

| Long application form: This form requires users to give us information such as user contact information, date of birth, attorney name and contact details, case information and amount of legal funding requested. We use information from this form to process legal funding for their lawsuits. The customer and attorney's contact information is also used to contact the visitor and his or her attorney when necessary. All information provided in this form is for underwriting purposes only. All information is held in strict confidence and is not to be disclosed to any third party unless we are instructed to do so by the client, counsel, or by court order. We also ask for explicit permission of the user to contact their attorney and access other information related to their case. |
